Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Managing and working with cross-functional teams while supporting business needs for global Sales & Service vertical.
  • Participating in end-to-end SAP project implementation, project management and gathering requirements to improve business processes.
  • Carrying out System design & application development, revamping company's existing system
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for project implementation and problem resolution.

Profile :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or another specialisation.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience in the relevant industry
  • Minimum 6-7 years of SAP implementation / roll-out / AMS experience with at least Design to Go Live).
  • Hands-on when it comes to configuring and implementing solutions on SAP.
  • Able to lead requirement gathering workshops.
  • Able to design solutions, configure and demo field service scenarios. This should include both standard capabilities as well as bespoke extensions.
  • Good understanding of S4 HANA
  • Good understanding of SAP Customer Service module (or Plant Maintenance module)
  • Open to learn SAP FSM and the key FSM capabilities such as resource scheduling, service calls, activities, approvals, service execution and mobile, checklists, Smartforms, reporting etc.
