Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Executive,Compliance, located in Bengaluru. The Executive Compliance will be responsible for managing regulatory compliance, communicating with legal entities, analyzing compliance data, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. This role requires maintaining accurate compliance records, conducting compliance audits, and providing compliance-related support to various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory provisions across assigned client accounts.
  • Prepare, review, and verify statutory documentation for accuracy before submission.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely filing of statutory returns with relevant authorities.
  • Track, monitor, and close OTAs (Observation / Task Assignments) and Notices within defined TATs.
  • Support internal and external audits (CLRA, PE, BVR) by providing required documentation and updates.
  • Maintain and update compliance trackers, reports, and internal systems on a regular basis.
  • Attend client meetings / calls and provide updates on compliance status and action plans.
  • Escalate potential compliance risks or delays proactively to the Team Leader or Management.
  • Assist in ensuring continuous improvement in compliance processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, CLRA , and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability in handling sensitive data.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak compliance cycles.
  • Education and Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in PF compliance, labour law compliance, or payroll compliance operations .
