Lead Software Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Lead specializing in System Architecture and Design with good Microsoft technologies experience and DB skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and support existing applications used in manufacturing, shipping, and receiving processes.

Develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements to existing applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

Ensure applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

Maintain and update documentation for applications and processes.

Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development and application support.

Proficiency in Microsoft technologies -VB.Net or C# programming.

Proficiency in SQL Server including creating Data models, querying data using stored procedures, views etc.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have Skills :

VB (Visual Basic).

Experience in SSIS and entity framework.

Experience in developing applications that interface with equipment or machinery that utilize a PLC framework.

Experience with Confluence and Jira.
