We are seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter / HR Executive to support our talent acquisition function and core HR operations. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Publish job postings on career pages, social media, and job portals
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS or internal database
- Coordinate onboarding activities : offers, documentation, induction
- Support HR operations including attendance, employee records, and policy compliance
- Assist in organizing training sessions, engagement events, and HR initiatives
- Prepare recruitment / HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
