Hero Vired is seeking a

Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential learners and guiding them through our enrolment process.

What You'll Do

As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include :

Conducting outbound calls and following up with leads to meet and exceed sales goals.

Engaging with prospective candidates through various channels, including telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.

Building impactful discussions with candidates to help them enroll in our programs.

Managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using CRM systems like Salesforce, Lead Squared, .

Adhering to high-quality sales practices and processes to consistently drive results.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have :

0-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment with a proven track record of sales achievements.

A solid understanding of Dialer Operations and CRM management, specifically with tools such as Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms.

Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

A high level of ownership and the ability to establish processes from scratch.

A strong focus on achieving results and perseverance when facing challenges.

Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
