Job Description – Team Lead (Talent Acquisition / Contract Staffing)

• Team Lead with strong experience managing a team of 5–8 recruiters in contract and C2H hiring
• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for contingent workforce and managed services
• Provide daily guidance, mentoring, and performance tracking to ensure SLA and compliance adherence
• Act as SME for sourcing strategies across job portals, referrals, networking, and professional platforms
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and delivery priorities
• Ensure high-quality screening, candidate engagement, offer management, and smooth onboarding
• Maintain and optimize internal talent databases aligned with skill sets and client requirements
• Support process improvements, reporting, and transition activities as per client guidelines
