Role Overview
The B2B Corporate Gifting Expert will lead Mink's corporate sales and gifting vertical. This person will build and nurture relationships with HR heads, admin teams, procurement managers, event agencies, CXOs, and corporate decision-makers to drive large-volume gifting orders.
You will curate gift hampers from Mink’s 80+ brand ecosystem across categories—crafting creative, high-value propositions for employee gifting, festive hampers, client gifting, events, and bulk purchases.
This is a high-impact revenue role where you will own the entire B2B gifting pipeline end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and onboard corporate clients across Delhi–NCR and pan-India.
- Proactively pitch Mink’s 80+ brand catalog for employee gifting, festive gifting, events, and client hampers.
- Build a strong pipeline of HR, admin, procurement, and CXO-level contacts.
2. Gifting Strategy & Curation
Curate customised gift hampers from Mink’s cross-category ecosystem (beauty, wellness, home, fragrances, tech accessories, etc.).Offer creative, brand-consistent gifting solutions aligned with client needs and budgets.Work with the merchandising team to identify high-margin, fast-moving SKUs suitable for gifting.3. Account & Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.Manage repeat gifting cycles (Diwali, Christmas, anniversaries, onboarding kits, etc.).Ensure seamless client servicing, timely delivery, and premium packaging.4. Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with store teams, warehouse, vendors, and delivery partners to fulfil bulk orders.Manage timelines, artwork approvals, packaging, and logistics.Track order status, payments, and margin structures.5. Revenue Ownership
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for corporate gifting.Explore cross-selling opportunities across Mink Stores, All Scents kiosks, and mini kiosks.Push out inventory and strategic products across the 80+ brands in the Mink ecosystem.What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in B2B corporate gifting, enterprise sales, HR gifting solutions, luxury gifting, or event gifting.Strong network of corporate decision-makers (HR / admin / procurement).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to curate creative gifting solutions and think commercially.Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.Experience in retail, D2C brands, lifestyle products, or premium gifting is a plus.Why Join Mink
