About the Role

We are looking for a curious, tasteful, and experimentation-driven Visual Designer to join our brand and website design team. In this role, you will work closely with our Art Director and Founding Partners to conceptualize and execute high-impact visual identities, brand narratives, and web interfaces for emerging AI and tech startups who are on the cusp of raising or have just raised venture funding.

This role is less about following trends and more about crafting distinct visual metaphors, building moodboards with intention, and translating conceptual narratives into clear, modern, and expressive visual systems. You’ll work across brand identity, website design, motion / visual direction, and storytelling-driven visual compositions.

• You will learn to shape brands at their most strategic inflection points;

where design directly contributes to fundraising, positioning, and market perception.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to deeply refine their taste, narrative thinking, and execution quality while shipping real work that impacts real companies.
