Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive at EQ-REV, located in Coimbatore. The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, and managing marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with Brand teams, Problem solving, and driving marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Management & Relationship Building :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients (brands, aggregators, and delivery partners), ensuring seamless service delivery, managing escalations promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to consistently exceed client expectations.
Team Development & Scaling :
Lead, mentor, and train junior team members to maintain high productivity and quality standards; develop SOPs, onboarding modules, and training programs to drive efficiency and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Process Setup & Optimization :
Design, standardize, and improve operational processes across Reporting, client coordination; identify inefficiencies, implement automation, and align operations with overall business goals for sustainable scalability.Documentation & Reporting :
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all operational workflows and SOPs; monitor key performance metrics (SLAs, accuracy, turnaround time, etc.), generate actionable reports, and ensure all processes are audit-ready and accessible across teams.Tech Collaboration & Innovation :
Work closely with product and tech teams to share ground-level insights, contribute to feature enhancements and automation initiatives, and participate in product testing and feedback loops to improve internal tools and dashboards for greater efficiency.Qualifications & Skills :
Master’s Degree2-3 years of experience in Managing Marketing / Operations for any Quick commerce Brand or AgencyStrong knowledge of quick commerce operations, including dark store Analysis, PO, Inventory processes, Paid Campaigns etc.Proven experience in team training, scaling, and process creation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.Key Attributes :
