Job Description – Oracle Fusion P2P Consultant

Position : Oracle Fusion P2P & Financials Consultant

Type : Contract

Work Hours : 7 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST (to align with client's timezone)

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise on Oracle Fusion P2P modules , including procurement, invoicing, and payment integrations with Kyriba .
Support and manage ZIp P2P applications , ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting.
Work with expense management tools (e.g., Navan) for integration and process improvements.
Configure and support Risk & Control Management (RCM module) , including setup of controls and compliance monitoring.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless financial processes across Oracle Financials modules, including :
General Ledger (GL)
Cash Management
Intercompany
Fixed Assets
Provide functional and technical support during month-end and year-end closing cycles.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and automation within financial systems.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion P2P and financials suite.

Expertise in payment integrations with Kyriba.

Practical knowledge of ZIp P2P applications and expense tools (preferably Navan).

Solid experience in RCM module configuration and control framework setup.

Broad knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (GL, Cash Management, Intercompany, Fixed Assets).

Ability to work independently in a contract capacity, handling both functional and technical aspects.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with experience working across global teams.
