Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership
- Lead and scale Creative QC and Generation teams
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability systems
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Quality Control & Operations
Own end-to-end QC processes for AI-generated fashion imageryDefine quality benchmarksBuild systematic QC workflows with defect tracking and root cause analysisTrack quality metrics : defect rates, rework percentages, brand accuracy scoresCollaborate with engineering to identify model improvementsGeneration Management
Oversee the team running AI models and producing imagery at scaleOptimize workflows for speed, cost-efficiency, and output qualityMonitor throughput, iteration cycles, compute utilization, and error ratesManage capacity planning to meet customer delivery timelinesVendor & 3PL Management
Manage third-party logistics partners and external vendorsOversee vendor performance against SLAs (quality, turnaround times, communication)Lead vendor selection, onboarding, training, and performance reviewsNegotiate contracts and optimize vendor economicsProcess & Data
Implement project management systems using Asana or similar toolsDevelop SOPs, playbooks, and process documentationBuild dashboards and reporting for operational visibilityUse data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvementsRequired Qualifications
Experience
7+ years in operations management with 3+ years leading teams of 15-20+ peopleProven track record scaling operations teamsExperience in digital production, creative operations, e-commerce, or tech operationsDemonstrated success managing 3PL / vendor relationshipsFashion, retail, or visual content background preferred but not requiredSkills
Exceptional people leadership and team developmentProcess-oriented with strong systematization instinctsProficiency in Asana, Airtable, Monday.com or similar PM toolsData fluency - comfortable with metrics tracking and analysisQuality-obsessed with understanding of digital image standardsTechnical aptitude to coordinate with engineering teamsStartup mentality - comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
