Job descriptionAct as the primary advisor for clients during EOR onboarding. Investigate and resolve product and implementation challenges. Collaborate across teams to escalate issues and launch improvements. Navigate and manage complex stakeholder communications with autonomy.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead end-to-end Global EOR implementation for international clients.
- Ensure timely onboarding of EOR employees and first payroll execution.
- Deliver tailored customer solutions aligned with Rippling best practices.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to documentation and internal tooling.
