Key Responsibilities :

• Handle admission-related inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.
• Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, school facilities, teaching methodology, and admission procedures.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.
• Maintain and update student inquiry and admission records in the school management system.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for entrance tests, interviews, and admission formalities.
• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion from inquiry to admission.
• Assist in organizing admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional events.
• Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly admission reports to the management.
• Ensure all admission documents and fee payments are accurately collected and recorded.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service to all prospective families.
