The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

You will work closely with product managers, solution architects, data scientists, and client teams to design, build, and operationalize Generative AI and agentbased systems for enterprise use cases. Key Responsibilities- Develop end-to-end GenAI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.)

• Build and manage multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel.
• Design document chunking, embedding, and indexing pipelines using Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, pgvector.
• Optimize RAG pipelines for latency, relevance, and safety.
• Create reusable prompt templates for zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought applications.
• Fine-tune open-source models using LoRA, QLoRA, or supervised datasets when needed.
• Containerize AI workflows using Docker / Kubernetes and deploy on Azure / AWS / GCP.
• Set up CI / CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and automated evaluation metrics (hallucination, toxicity).
• Maintain clean code, modular utilities, internal documentation, and reusable accelerator components for the GenAI Factory. Skills Qualifications
• 35 years of practical experience in building GenAI or Agentic AI applications with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong Python (asyncio, FastAPI, LangChain, Pydantic), basic JavaScript / TypeScript for integration plugins.
• Strong Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDKs.
• Comfortable deploying models and services to cloud environments (Azure preferred), Kubernetes, and managing GPU infrastructure.
• Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or similar for document retrieval and augmentation.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques (e.g., BERT, GPT, LSTM, CNN, RNN).
• Ability to preprocess and work with large datasets, including text, images, and structured data.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying AI models.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrating AI / ML models into production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Education
