Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and energetic Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS lead generation for APAC or Domestic or EMEA markets . Prior exposure to SaaS sales cycles and international outreach is a must. The candidate should have prior work experience in mid-sized IT / ITES consulting organizations in relevant lead generation / inside sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential SaaS prospects across APAC or Domestic or EMEA markets .
- Drive lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and SaaS-specific platforms.
- Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and qualify them as sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing teams for smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly / quarterly lead generation and pipeline creation targets.
- Track regional SaaS adoption trends, competitor activities, and regulatory nuances to refine outreach strategy.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).1–3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or inside sales.Prior work experience in mid-sized IT / ITES consulting organisations in relevant roles.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills for diverse APAC / EMEA / Domestic markets.Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.Familiarity with SaaS solutions for life sciences / pharma is an added advantage, not mandatory.
