Bachelor (s) / master(s) degree in microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.Proven expertise in scaling microbial fermentation processes from lab to industrial scale.Strong understanding of microbial cultures, anaerobic / aerobic fermentation processes, and downstream processing techniques.Experience with fermentation equipment, reactors, control systems, and process automation.Knowledge of quality control standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory requirements for bio-fertilizer production.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot fermentation processes.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Proficiency in SAP, ERP, Microsoft & Analytical ability for process control and monitoringSkills Required
