Performance Marketing & Website Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing & Website Manager to oversee digital marketing campaigns, optimize online sales performance, and manage our e-commerce website for our ladies’ garment brand. This role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on campaign management experience, and a deep understanding of e-commerce user experience, website operations, and fashion-centric branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Manage full-funnel performance—awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
• Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copy.
• Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and generate regular reports.
• Develop remarketing and retargeting campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content tailored to women’s fashion.
• Manage influencer performance tracking where required.
