Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB , and working knowledge of React.js on the frontend. You’ll be responsible for building high-performance APIs, scalable services, and interactive interfaces that power our products.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.
  • Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas for performance and scalability.
  • Build responsive React.js components and ensure seamless API integration.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
  • Optimize performance across both frontend and backend.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to deliver user-centric features.
  • Maintain CI / CD workflows and ensure smooth production deployments.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (Mongoose) .
  • Working knowledge of React.js (Hooks / Functional components) .
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs .
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS / GCP) .
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, and event-driven architecture .
  • Exposure to unit testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Supertest).

  • Experience with TypeScript or Next.js .
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or Microservices architecture .
  • Understanding of DevOps practices (CI / CD pipelines, containerization).
