Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide support and enhancements in SAP SD module across S / 4HANA and ECC environments.
• Handle configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Sales & Distribution processes.
• Work on order-to-cash cycle, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP) to resolve integration issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, change requests, and provide end-user support.
• Participate in system upgrades, migration projects, and rollout activities.
