Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Digital Learning, this role will involve collaborating with internal teams, industry experts, and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of high-quality digital learning programs. This role combines learning architecture, instructional design, and digital media production — ideal for professionals who understand how content, pedagogy, and technology intersect to create transformational learner experiences.

The position is based in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

1. Instructional Design for Video-Based Learning :

• Apply instructional design principles to create innovative and impactful learning experiences, with a specific emphasis on video-based instructional content.
• Collaborate with the Associate Director, learning engineers, and external vendors to design and develop multimedia learning materials that align with program objectives.
