who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you’re not addicted to scaling, optimization, and winning — this is not for you.

Who You Are

• Obsessed with data, optimization, and beating metrics
• Lives on Facebook / Google updates and new platform changes
• A-type, competitive, execution-driven
• Fluent English (if you claim it and don’t have it, you’re out)
• Can operate at high speed in a US-time-zone environment

Requirements

Must have managed $5,000+ per day in spend

(FB and / or Google)

US hours

Huge Bonus

(Not required but major advantage)

Roku, CTV, DSPs, or YouTube TV

Compensation

$1,000 USD / month base

Performance bonuses tied to results

Top performers will earn significantly more.
