Position Overview :

The Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role in orchestrating creative endeavours across multiple brands from diverse industries. This role entails overseeing the creative process from ideation to execution, managing junior creative resources, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring exceptional standards of work that resonate with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead campaign planning, ideation across diverse brands
• Manage a team of 2-4 junior creative resources, providing direction and feedback on execution.
• Collaborate with business development to conceptualize creative pitches and presentations.
