About the Role :
We’re looking for a passionate Training Coordinator to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team and work closely with our L&D Manager. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging learning experience for employees — from training logistics to program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate end-to-end training programs — plan, organize, and administer training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and completion data within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for trainees and onboarding programs.
- Assist with new hire orientation and induction sessions.
- Collect and analyze feedback and survey data to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
Location & Experience :
Experience : 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or Training CoordinationMode : Face-to-Face InterviewVenue : People Prime Worldwide Pvt.
