NoorGhar by Reet is a premium block printed clothing brand launched in August. The production of the brand is based in Ludhiana, with operations running Pan India. Our garments are one of a kind limited edition works and are sold in limited setting.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Designer role located in Ludhiana. The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing and executing visually stunning designs. The most pivotal responsibility of the role is to

supervise

cutting, block-printing and stitching (sampling and production of garments) and reporting to the Co-founder about daily activities. You serve as a POC between the co-founders. The Creative Designer will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company. Please note, this role is demanding and rewarding at the same time.

Qualifications

Experience in sampling and production.

Design and sketching

Has a portfolio of their own designs

Proficiency in design software and tools, including typography and color theory

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Attention to detail and a creative mindset

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
