SDM Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SDM Architect to lead the design and planning of Subscriber Data Management (SDM) nodes including HSS / HLR, STP, MNP, DEA / DRA. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SDM architecture and demonstrate the ability to translate complex stakeholder requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure the integrity and performance of SDM solutions across diverse Responsibilities Architecture Development :

• Design and develop customer-specific SDM architecture solutions in areas such as HSS / HLR, STP, MNP, DEA / DRA.
• Ensure alignment with regional requirements and customer-specific Engagement :
• Capture and analyze critical inputs from stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective architectural & Integrity :
• Apply architectural standards, processes, and principles to maintain solution integrity over time.
• Verify that solutions meet client requirements and performance Leadership :
• Act as a subject matter expert in SDM technologies and protocols.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams and junior Improvement :
• Leverage internal and external best practices to enhance product and service quality.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within SDM Integration :
• Utilize in-depth business knowledge to ensure architectural solutions support broader organizational goals.
• Understand how SDM components integrate with other network elements and business & Mentorship :
• Serve as a professional advisor to internal teams and taskforces.
• Share insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the architectural responsibilities :
• Develops customer solution architecture in dedicated area of competence.
• Keeps the knowledge of the dedicated customer architecture in dedicated technical area and regional requirements.
• Understands and captures the critical inputs of stakeholders and translates them into effective requirements and solutions.
• Applies solution architecture standards processes and principles, to create and maintain a solution's integrity over time, including verification that the solution meets the clients requirements.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in SDM architecture, including hands-on work with HSS / HLR, STP, MNP, DEA / DRA.
• Strong understanding of telecom protocols (e.g., Diameter, SS7, SIP).
