Role Overview

We are looking for Software Engineers with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design to join our PoC and consulting initiatives. You don’t need prior experience with AI coding copilots — we will train you to work with open-source development tools and special AI agents (particularly for COBOL modernization and related domains) that we are building in-house.

In this role, you will :

• Collaborate with our AI tools to design, implement, and optimize software solutions for client PoCs.
• Work closely with senior architects to translate requirements into efficient, scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to innovative consulting projects in the modernization and AI-assisted development space.
