Role Description

Cira Homes is looking for a full-time  Planning and Billing Engineer  to join our team in Pune. This role involves working on  Canada-based building projects , with responsibilities that include preparing and managing  Bills of Quantities (BOQ) , conducting  rate analysis , performing  quantity surveying , and supporting project planning and billing activities.

You will be responsible for :

• Preparing, reviewing, and managing  BOQs  for various projects
• Performing  quantity take-offs  and  rate analysis
• Supporting project planning , tracking progress, and coordinating with the project team
• Managing and updating  billing systems  and project-related documentation
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of  client and contractor billing
• Providing analytical support for project cost control and forecasting

This is an  on-site role in Pune , aligned with the  Canadian time zone (night shift) .
