Last Mile Delivery Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the responsible for managing and monitoring Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) shipments to ensure timely last-mile delivery, cost efficiency, and service quality. The role involves coordination with branches, vendors, last-mile partners, and customers to deliver exceptional operational performance.Training of employees.

Key Responsibilities :

ODA Delivery Monitoring

• Track all ODA consignments from dispatch to final delivery using system dashboards and MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to committed delivery timelines and service norms.
• Identify delayed or pending ODA deliveries and coordinate with branches and vendors for resolution.
