Job Title : Bench Sales Recruiter – US Staffing (3+ Years Experience)

Location : Dallas Center, Knowledge City, Hyderabad

Job Type : Full Time | Industry : IT Staffing / US Staffing

Shift Timing : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of proven expertise in marketing and placing bench candidates, managing vendor / client relationships, and driving the complete sales lifecycle in a competitive staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively market bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) to direct clients and preferred vendors.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with implementation partners, Tier-1 vendors, and clients to ensure a steady flow of job requirements.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors and clients, ensuring both client satisfaction and maximum profit margins.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and onboarding processes seamlessly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate submissions, interviews, and placements in the database.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to track bench availability and upcoming pipeline.
  • Leverage platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, and LinkedIn to identify and connect with vendors / clients.
  • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates regarding opportunities and next steps.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Bench Sales within the US IT Staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications.
  • Hands-on experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, and US Citizen consultants.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with job boards, social networking platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST / CST / PST).
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
  • An established vendor / client network in the US market is highly desirable.
