Working closely with Operations and Customer Support teams to understand user grievances and pain points Doing RCA of all escalations and getting back to users with a proper solution Ensuring that all communication threads with internal and external stakeholders are closed and the user does not need to come back twice for the same query Analyzing data thoroughly to identify trends and get meaningful insights Identifying gaps in processes leading to escalations and suggesting changes Have 2+ Years of experience in Customer Support or Control Tower roles. Have worked in E-com / Q-com companies and comfortable with a fast paced environment. Be okay with ambiguous problem statements. Demonstrate a customer-first approach.

Founding Team
