Job descriptionManage multiple social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers. Design and implement strategies to align with business objectives. Track and report on performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign ROI. Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience analysis to inform content creation and engagement efforts. Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news articles. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and expand our online presence.
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our social media presence and develop strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Create and curate high-quality content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Develop and execute campaigns to achieve specific goals and targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies and optimize results.
- Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders to build relationships and expand our online presence.
- Maintain consistency through tone, voice, and terminology across all channels.
- Analyze customer expectations and sentiment to inform content creation and engagement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our online presence remains relevant and effective.
