Quick Commerce Operations Executive

Role & Responsibilities :

Manage inventory across quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.

Ensure timely stock replenishment in both backend (warehouse) and frontend (app).

Book delivery appointments at the earliest available dates.

Maintain a

95%+ fill rate

to avoid stockouts.

Track daily inventory data and report key numbers.

Raise alerts if POs are delayed or under-raised.

Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams.

Skills Required :

Basic knowledge of quick commerce and supply chain.

Good with Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience with tools like Unicommerce, SAP (a plus).

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
