We're looking for a dynamic, number-driven National Sales Head to lead this growth story nationwide.

Role Overview

This is not a desk job — it's a mission to build and lead a high-performance sales army across India. The National Sales Head will own the P&L , drive market expansion , and ensure sustainable recurring revenue from machines and consumables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national sales operations with direct oversight of Regional Sales Managers and indirect teams of Cluster, Area, and Territory Sales Managers .
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-energy sales team to deliver aggressive growth numbers .
  • Drive enterprise sales , channel expansion , and strategic B2B partnerships .
  • Ensure key account management , customer retention , and consumables recurring revenue targets are achieved.
  • Craft and execute market expansion strategies across new geographies.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to fuel national growth.

Who You Are

  • A go-getter with an obsession for numbers and performance.
  • Hands-on and strategic — can think big and execute fast.
  • Multilingual and culturally adaptable (South Indian preferred).
  • Proven track record in FMCG / FMCD / Beverages / Telecom / Financial Services with exposure to PAN India operations .
  • 12–20 years of experience in sales leadership from reputed organizations .
  • Relentless on commitments, passionate about building teams, and driven by impact.
