We work with start-ups and agencies in various segments; some of our current customers specialise in marketing, fintech and SaaS services.

About the role

Our client is looking for a hands-on project manager to keep all operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person making sure account managers, production teams, and clients all get what they need on time. You’ll organise projects in Asana, update SOPs, track progress, and ensure deadlines are always met. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, loves keeping things moving efficiently, and is ready to take ownership from day one.

Role type : Full-time and fully remote (6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST)

Salary range : ₹9 LPA - ₹12 LPA (depending on experience)

What you’ll do

  • Take the reins on day-to-day operations, ensuring every project and task in Asana is on track, organised, and completed on time.
  • Coordinate between account managers, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clients get what they need when they need it.
  • Maintain, update, and streamline SOPs so the team can work efficiently without confusion.
  • Track progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure team members log hours accurately and know their priorities.
  • Help onboard new clients and ensure teams are set up to execute PPC, SEO, and other marketing campaigns without delays.
  • Identify bottlenecks or process gaps and take proactive steps to improve workflow.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a digital marketing agency.
  • You know your way around Asana and Slack and can hit the ground running without needing a manual.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
  • Comfortable working in small, nimble teams that move fast and adapt quickly.
  • Able to take ownership and drive projects without constant supervision.
  • PMP certification is a plus, but not required.

  • Some familiarity with SEO, PPC, or general digital marketing terminology.
  • A knack for cleaning up messy processes and making them simple and easy to follow.
  • Experience interacting with clients or running small teams independently.
