Roles and Responsibility -

Test (QA)Lead : 8-10 years of experience in Software Testing(QA) which consist of Functional, Automation and Performance Testing(Secondary) Primary Skill : Manual Testing & Automation Secondary : Performance testing & BA Role Technical Skills :

• Automation Testing with Java+ Playwright or Java+ Selenium
• Automation Framework(BDD Cucumber / Page Object Model / Hybrid Framework )
• Playwright Automation tool
• CI / CD Pipeline
• Jenkins
• Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, TestNG
• GitHub
• SQL(basic)
• Jmeter (Basic)
• JIRA Functional Skills :
• Experience Handling QA project which involves Manual and Automation
• Quality Assurance Strategy : Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy for
• Test Planning : Create detailed test plans, including test objectives, scope, resource requirements, and schedules
• E2E Automation Test Management
• Test Data Management : Develop strategies for test data creation, management, and maintenance
• Metrics and Reporting : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the QA process.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders on test progress, defect trends, and overall product quality Training and Mentorship : Provide training and mentorship to QA team members, helping them develop their skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of agile (scrum) based software development.
• Review requirements for assigned work, identifying gaps, conflicts, and other issues.
