Enterprise SharePoint Team Manager

Job Summary :   The Enterprise SharePoint Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of the SharePoint environment within the organization. This role involves leading a team of SharePoint administrators and developers, ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Decision-Making :

• Develop and implement the SharePoint strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for leveraging SharePoint to improve business processes and productivity.
• Evaluate emerging SharePoint technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Work with Security to implement solutions and controls to protect, manage and store data to meet Alight s records management requirements.
• Establish governance policies and best practices for SharePoint usage and administration.
