Application For : Final Year Students (Delhi-Based Candidates Only)
Job Position : Associate Consultant – AI Trainer (Internship)
Internship Period : 3 Months
Stipend : ₹5,000 per month
Work Mode : Hybrid (2 Days Office, 3 Days WFH)
Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
Location : SDA Market, Near IIT Delhi

About the Role

As an Associate Consultant – AI Trainer Intern at SMARRTIF AI , you will play a key role in helping students and professionals transition into careers in AI / ML . This role combines technical expertise with mentoring and client-facing skills , making it ideal for final-year students passionate about training, consulting, and applied AI / ML .

Success in this role means being able to simplify complex AI / ML concepts , deliver engaging sessions, support learners in building job-ready portfolios , and contribute to SMARRTIF AI's vision of making tech careers accessible to non-tech aspirants.

Responsibilities

As an AI Trainer Intern , you will :

Deliver training sessions on Python, AI, ML, Generative AI, AI Tools, and Prompt Engineering for learners from diverse backgrounds.

Design project-based learning modules to help learners build real-world applications.

Guide students in creating digital portfolios (LinkedIn, GitHub, Tableau, etc.) to showcase their skills.

Assist in curriculum development and research on the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques .

Provide 1 : 1 mentorship and doubt-solving support to ensure client success.

Collaborate with SMARRTIF AI's consulting team to align training programs with industry requirements .

Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and suggest improvement areas.

Represent SMARRTIF AI as a mentor, guide, and role model for aspiring AI professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Skills (Required) :

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python, AI, ML .

Basic knowledge of AI Agents, Generative AI, AI Tools, and Prompt Engineering .

2. Soft Skills (Required) :

Strong presentation and communication skills .

Ability to manage groups, collaborate in teams, and engage learners effectively.

Proactive, curious, and a continuous learner.

3. Education & Experience :

Final year student in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or related fields .

Prior teaching / mentoring experience (college-level, workshops, or freelance) is a plus.

Must be Delhi-based and available for hybrid work.

Selection Process
