Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Data & Excel Specialist with a strong background in B2B processes and data management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in advanced Excel functions, with experience handling large datasets, maintaining CRM systems, and supporting sales or operations in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize large sets of B2B data including leads, accounts, pricing, and product information.
• Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data trackers for internal teams (sales, marketing, finance).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across CRM systems and internal databases.
• Assist in lead segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance analysis for B2B sales efforts.
• Support the sales and business development teams with custom reports, pricing sheets, and customer data.
• Clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Work cross-functionally to streamline processes and automate repetitive data tasks.
• Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
