We are seeking a skilled and motivated  BA with 4–10 years of hands-on experience in IT Industry.

• Engage with business stakeholders to  elicit, document, and validate requirements .
• Translate business needs into  functional and non-functional specifications  for technical teams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Support  UAT (User Acceptance Testing) .
• Analyse business processes and propose  improvements, automation, and efficiency measures .
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows) is clear and consistent.
• Knowledge in documentation tools like Figma, Adobe XD etc., will be plus
• Domain knowledge in  Health Insurance  is Plus.
