Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Builder to design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. The ideal candidate will develop intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein / Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external ML services. This role requires strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of generative AI, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce + AI / ML Development

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

Develop and deploy AI / ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making.

Integrate AI / ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.

Enhance Salesforce applications using native AI capabilities (Einstein / Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models, Azure / AWS ML services).

Generative AI & Intelligent Automation

Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and LLMs for contextual understanding inside Salesforce workflows.

Create custom AI-powered automation solutions including Einstein Bots and bespoke chatbots for sales and service processes.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI / ML model accuracy, performance, and user experience through continuous feedback loops.

Salesforce Platform Engineering

Extend Salesforce functionality with Apex (Triggers / Classes), LWC, Aura Framework, Visualforce Pages, web services, and Apex APIs.

Manage Git-based CI / CD processes to support efficient development and deployment cycles.

Ensure end-to-end scalability, security, compliance, and reliability for all deployed models and integrations.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to identify new AI-driven opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stay current with advancements in generative AI (transformers, LLMs, RAG, integration frameworks) and recommend adoption of relevant technologies.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.

5–7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation.

Strong expertise in AI / ML model building and deployment for real-time automation.

Hands-on experience integrating AI / ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein / Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).

Solid knowledge of Generative AI, including transformers, LLMs, and RAG pipelines with vector databases.

Good to Have

Experience with Azure / AWS AI services.

Knowledge of MLOps practices for monitoring, versioning, and deployment.

Strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance for customer data.
