We’re looking for a proactive and research-driven Lead Generation Executive who can identify potential clients, build qualified lead lists, and initiate meaningful first contact through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other online channels

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Research & Prospecting

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify potential clients looking for digital marketing services.
  • Search and track call-out posts or business needs where brands or individuals are seeking- Digital Marketing Agencies, Google Ads Experts, SEO Services, Social Media Marketing Agencies, or Content Marketing Solutions.
  • Use advanced search filters, hashtags, and groups such as :
  • #digitalmarketingagency #googleads #seo #socialmediamarketing #onlinemarketing #digitalstrategy #performanceads
  • Maintain and update a prospect database with contact details, company info, and lead status.

Instagram Research & Prospecting

  • Identify newly launched businesses or startups and explore their digital presence.
  • Engage by following, commenting, and sending direct messages to introduce the agency’s services.
  • Fix discovery calls with founders or marketing heads to discuss requirements.
  • Project the agency as a strategic partner for digital growth and campaign management.
  • Lead Qualification & Outreach

  • Evaluate prospects based on industry relevance, marketing needs, and budget fit.
  • Craft personalized and value-driven messages for outreach via LinkedIn, What's app and email.
  • Route qualified leads to the sales or client servicing team for follow-up and closure.
  • Tracking & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing opportunities identified, responses received, and lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate communication records using Google Sheets.
  • Monitor campaign success and provide insights for optimizing lead generation processes.
  • Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and social media strategy.
  • Research competitor agencies to identify potential partnerships, gaps, or new service offerings.
