the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication, along with hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile or hybrid environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, designing functional solutions, and supporting the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and user story sessions to capture business needs.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document use cases, user stories, process flows, data models, and business rules.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and manage requirement sign-off processes.
