Job description
Job Description of Regional Head
Lead and oversee execution activities for all ongoing projects in the region, ensuring timely and quality completion as per contractual commitments.
Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct regular reviews of project progress, cost, quality, and safety performance.
Identify potential risks and delays, propose corrective actions, and ensure proactive resolution.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery across all projects.
Provide strong leadership and direction to Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to maintain efficiency and morale.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Procurement, Contracts, and Finance for smooth project operations.
Manage client relationships, consultants, and other external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely communication.
Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements at all sites.
Prepare and present periodic management reports covering physical and financial progress, risks, and resource utilization.
Contribute to business growth by supporting tendering, estimation, and new project mobilization activities.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional project teams.
Desirable Candidate
Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech preferred).
Experience : 15–30 years of experience in Building construction project execution.
