Job description

Job Description of Regional Head

  • Lead and oversee execution activities for all ongoing projects in the region, ensuring timely and quality completion as per contractual commitments.
  • Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project progress, cost, quality, and safety performance.
  • Identify potential risks and delays, propose corrective actions, and ensure proactive resolution.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery across all projects.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to maintain efficiency and morale.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Procurement, Contracts, and Finance for smooth project operations.
  • Manage client relationships, consultants, and other external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely communication.
  • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements at all sites.
  • Prepare and present periodic management reports covering physical and financial progress, risks, and resource utilization.
  • Contribute to business growth by supporting tendering, estimation, and new project mobilization activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional project teams.

Desirable Candidate

  • Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech preferred).
  • Experience : 15–30 years of experience in Building construction project execution.
