Main Purpose of Job

To identify new customer leads, qualify and close sales, grow existing accounts, and ensure timely collections while driving profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities

Thrust Areas :

  • Identify new customer leads, qualify, and close sales
  • Ensure 100% compliance with sales processes and systems for the assigned territory
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure service delivery
  • Report sales activity in CRM and update the sales funnel
  • Ensure timely collections

Key Result Areas :

  • Bring in new business and grow business from existing customers
  • Develop, generate, and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Enhance sales processes and increase profitability
  • Ensure smooth coordination with operations, customer service, and finance teams
  • Actively support operations and service departments
  • Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and documentation
  • Take responsibility for billing and collections of executed jobs
  • Coordinate with accounts receivable for timely collections
  • Foster a cordial and collaborative approach with colleagues across departments
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong product knowledge
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Educational Requirements

  • Minimum : Any Graduate
  • Desired : Post-Graduation
  • Experience

  • 1 to 2 years' experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain industry
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of on-field experience
  • Fresher candidates are also eligible
