Job descriptionBuild and execute social media strategies aligned with brand, growth, and business objectives Manage platform growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & more Partner with designers, videographers, and editors to create high-impact content Drive video-first storytelling that educates, inspires, and builds trust Identify viral formats, experiment with creative hooks, and lead content innovation Interact with buyers, sellers, brokers, developers, and influencers Build a highly engaged, loyal community around real estate discovery Run live virtual tours, Q&As, polls, behind-the-scenes stories, and expert interactions Track performance metrics, engagement data & audience insights Conduct competitor and trend analysis Continuously refine strategies to maximize reach, quality leads, and ROI Showcase real stories, wins, testimonials & verified listings Craft narratives that strengthen trust in the Propkee platform 5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing Prior experience in real estate, startups, brands, or digital agencies is a strong plus Deep expertise across major social platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube) Hands-on experience with analytics, insights & scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) A creator-first mindset with strong understanding of current trends Someone who moves fast, thinks proactively, and wants ownership—not tasks A creative who lives and breathes social media A strategist who loves data A storyteller who understands human behavior A leader who wants to build something iconic A doer who doesn't wait for approvals to make great work happen
