Artha Nova is an institutional-grade platform that tokenises real-world credit assets to deliver transparent, programmable liquidity for lenders and investors. Our architecture is blockchain-agnostic with a strong focus on XRPL and interoperability, and our regulatory strategy prioritises the MAS Fin Tech Regulatory Sandbox Plus in Singapore. We operate a hybrid build model : we rent non-strategic rails to move fast and build patent-capable differentiators.

About the Role
Build and integrate blockchain-based features, assist with cloud deployments, and ensure secure, reliable interactions between on-chain and off-chain systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and test smart contracts in Solidity or equivalent languages.
- Assist with deploying and operating blockchain infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Write Terraform scripts for automated environment provisioning.
- Implement API and webhook integrations between ledgers and services.
- Maintain SQL / No SQL databases used by blockchain applications.
- Use Git for version control and contribute to CI / CD workflows.
- Support security configuration, monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and Dev Ops on scaling and resilience.
Requirements
2–4 years of software development with exposure to blockchain or Web3.Proficiency in Solidity and one of Java Script / Type Script or Python.Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Basic experience with Terraform, Git, and API integrations.Understanding of relational and No SQL database design.Strong interest in distributed ledgers, tokenisation, and security.Preferred
Docker / Kubernetes or CI / CD pipeline experience.Exposure to security auditing tools or key management.Understanding of oracles, webhooks, and external data ingestion.What We Offer
