Company Overview : One of the leading Japanese MNC into constructions industry.

Job Overview : Looking for an individual with strong expertise into drafting and designing for HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing works as part of construction industry.

Job Responsibilities

Sound knowledge of software such as AutoCAD.
Prepare P&I Diagrams for piping, ducting, equipment schedules, mechanical plant room layout & shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems independently.
Coordinate with other disciplines like Electrical / Architectural plans / Maintenance Space / Access & Routing.
Translate conceptual client designs into detailed engineering drawings, flow diagrams, and schematics.
Prepare GA layout and detailing (plan, sections & elevations) in AutoCAD.
Understand scope between HVAC and other disciplines : architectural, electrical, structural, civil, plumbing, fire protection, and Building Automation / Management System.
Ensure technical correctness and timely delivery of drawings. Meet targets for drawing preparation.
Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing works.
Familiarity with standards : ASHRAE, SMACNA, ARI, NFPA.
Ability to review and analyze sketches, specifications, drawings, and follow procedures and designs.
In-depth knowledge of AHUs, Ductable Split, Package Units, WTP, ZLD, STP, and pump room works.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical with 4+ years of strong experience in industrial project using AutoCAD.

Numerate with good communication skills; familiar with SI units.

Confident and articulate.

Good attention to detail; capable of making effective presentations.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
