ERP Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics ERP modules, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement new ERP features.
• Develop and deploy customizations, workflows, and process automations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead ERP integrations with internal systems (CRM, HRMS, Finance) and third-party applications using APIs and data connectors.
• Conduct requirement analysis, testing, and documentation for new features and system enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
• Coordinate end-user training and prepare user manuals to ensure smooth adoption of ERP functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP processes in finance, procurement, inventory, and production.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements in ERP configuration and usage.
