Job description

Principal Responsibilities :

  • Handle end-to-end processes for HNW clients under Global Private Banking.
  • Perform activities like banking, payments, account servicing, settlements, and corporate actions.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct research to resolve discrepancies and reconciliation breaks.
  • Process account administration requests and create system entries for securities and cash movements.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to internal / external client inquiries.
  • Offer backup support for team members and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Essential :
  • Experience in back-office processing and accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as AVALOQ, SFE, TLM, Request Builder, and Bloomberg.
  • Flexibility to work in UK, US, or APAC shifts.
  • Desirable :
  • Experience in investment operations / securities processing.
  • Awareness of asset servicing (corporate actions / income processing) or securities operations (settlements).
  • Shift Timings :

  • UK Hours : 12 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM IST
  • US Hours : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST (DST applicable)
  • APAC Hours : 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 30 PM IST
  • Additional Expectations :

  • Maintain internal control standards and address audit points promptly.
  • Awareness of operational risk and compliance requirements.
