Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Maharashtra, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals. The role also involves analysing market trends, preparing sales reports, and presenting business development plans to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Migration - Education Business Development and Sales
• Strong understanding of the Migration and Recruitment market research and analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the migration or education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
